Editorial Complaint Policy

The editor-in-chief and administrators of our journal will promptly address any complaint, regardless of the complainant. We will do our best to address the problem and ensure full satisfaction of the complainant. At the same time, we do not classify every word as a complaint. However, if it is constructive criticism, we express our gratitude for it and try to improve the journal's work system.

Complaint Handling Policy

If the journal receives any complaint that violates intellectual property rights or contains inaccurate or illegal information, it will immediately process the complaint and examine it carefully, with the aim of resolving and addressing it.

The journal team and editors make every effort to improve the quality of publication and reduce errors to the point of eliminating them. However, we realize that errors may occur occasionally.

Guidelines

We encourage all suggestions and comments to address relevant issues to improve the quality of the journal and ensure the satisfaction of both authors and readers, as mentioned earlier.

Our journal requires at least 2–3 weeks to address and resolve the issues.

Sometimes, when an author accuses another author of violating intellectual copyright through his actions or comments, we facilitate dialogue between the two parties to clarify the matter.

How to file a complaint

Authors and readers should immediately send their complaints to the editor-in-chief via email at ijser@aliraqia.edu.iq.
