Scope and Editorial Assessment

Before peer review, every submitted manuscript is assessed by the editorial team for alignment with the journal's Aims & Scope, engineering or technological contribution, originality, scientific significance, methodological soundness, and relevance to the journal's readership.

Reviewer Selection

Reviewers are selected according to the scientific and technical expertise required by the manuscript and its relevant scope area. Where appropriate, interdisciplinary manuscripts may be evaluated by reviewers from complementary engineering disciplines.

Research Arbitration Board Experts

The journal supports the continuous registration of arbitrators in the Research Arbitration Board, allowing professors and experts from inside and outside Iraq to participate in the evaluation of research within their fields of specialization.
